  • 50% cancellation within 20 days before Travel
  • 100% cancellation within 10 days before Travel
  • Few Packages are subject to Non-refundable Policy from the date of booking so they will be non-refundable from the time of booking
  • Refund will be raise after 45 days of cancellation.

    Law of Jurisdiction:

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with Travel Hawks LLP shall be referred to Arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujrat and then in Court of Law under jurisdiction at Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
